The time of larger tablets coming – or at least Samsung’s first 12.2 inch Note, the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2. Through the insiders SamMobile we get the main technical specifications of these “XL tablet with S-Pen ‘to know.
As expected, the Note Pro 12.2 shows internally strong similarities with the Galaxy Note 3: a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor from Qualcomm sleeve, including Andreno 330 graphics processor. There is three gigabytes of memory on board, so Android, TouchWiz, and all S Pen apps flawlessly to do their work.
Also in the camera field Note Pro – unlike many other tablets – well, with an eight megapixel camera on the back, and a 2.1 megapixel sensor on the front.
Unlike the Lite Note 3 Note the Pro will be running 4.4 KitKat from the start on Android, and even equipped with a new version of Samsung’s own TouchWiz interface.
To complete the picture is clear that Samsung’s first high end tablet of 2014 also will feature gadgets as NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 and an infrared blaster, so your television there – or other devices – can control it.
As you can see from the picture above, all the discs Pro 12.2 scores pretty well in the AnTuTu benchmark application, bearing in mind that the specimen tested, not the final version is noticed. According to the insider who made the above screenshot, the device is able to score around 40,000, so that promises everything!
Samsung will probably Note Pro 12.2 on a little less than two months – during the Mobile World Congress show to the public, after which he will be on sale during March – in Barcelona.
