As the Eldar Murtazin of Mobile-review.com said, NVIDIA is going on to producing smartphones and tablets of its own and will be market them to companies to be sold under their label.
The strategy is to produce reference models for smartphones and tablets, the way they do it for their computer graphic cards. Then NVIDIA will give it to companies, who will then relabel them and market them around the world.
This strategy will help in increase the infiltration of the Tegra platform, especially into the budget handset market, which undeniably forms the major portion of all the Android device sales.
This strategy is going into action in May or June this year, with both budget as well as premium tablets being lunched under diff brands that may or may not have the NVIDIA logo on them.
