iMac is just $999 for Schools offered by Apple

21.5 inch iMac introduced by Apple on Monday specially for education purpose. This price is $200 less then available computers in the market schools can purchase publicity available versions.

Apple also appears to be offering the $899 education-only 20-inch iMac that it released in 2009.

The Washington Post points out, Apple has always targeted the education sector, and its success with the iMac in schools is part of the reason why its sales are above the industry average.

This is the apple’s tradition of offering discounted and low-rate Macs to educational persons.
