Fake Apple apps temporarily Play Store

Last weekend there were temporary fake Apple apps to download the Google Play store for Android devices. The apps that were masquerading as apps made by Apple, but in reality it was here to applications that probably harmful malware.

The apps appeared Saturday evening under the name of famous Apple applications like iMovie, and GarageBand KeyNote. When the application was as a developer Apple Inc. ‘ indicated this was a user of the popular site reddit discovered. A few hours after the discovery of the Google apps taken offline, it is not yet clear whether the fake apps indeed harmful files.

It comes in the Google Play Store (formerly Market) increasingly common that malicious apps from the (not so strict) control of Google slippage. Lately there has been increasing criticism of Google’s policy regarding apps and many people find that they can take an example from Apple and Microsoft, where the selection process for apps much stricter.
