Of all future Apple products smart watches iWatch cause the most ambiguous and contradictory rumors. If an iPhone 6 we know is almost everything from the size of each part, and the last date of receipt of the stores, then an iWatch practically nothing known. You can not even say what year we see them. Nevertheless, there was the most significant to date reason to believe that smart watches are ready for mass production.
Mark Gurman of 9to5Mac got my hands on some of the documents related to the production of sapphire on the factory GT-Advanced Technologies . In particular, a new study from a senior analyst at PTT Research and investor GT-Advanced Technologies Matt Margolis, which indicates that the plant in Arizona started producing sapphire glass for a certain piece of jewelry, which presumably is the iWatch.
One supplied information that the plant in Arizona is ready to fully equip the line of Apple’s smartphone with a sapphire crystal, but, as noted by Mark Gurman, no jewelry in these documents are not mentioned. Hence, the plant starts production now, and, according to Matt Margolis, smart watches will be ready by October, in order to appear at the launch along with the new iPad. We will wait with impatience.
